How To Push Yourself Beyond Your Limit.
How often do you stretch your limits and test
yourself?
The only thing stopping you from reaching
your goals and dreams are your limits. It’s when you meet your limits that you
feel resistance and things you want seem harder to achieve. Whether it is fear,
doubt, physical abilities or some other mental block, it can present a huge
barrier to getting what you want.
How do you do something that you previously
thought to be impossible for you?
Change your mindset
Many times when you feel like you have
nothing left, when your body seems to be on the verge of collapse, you are
capable of performing incredible feats. Mind over matter is a poweful principle
that allows you to do this.
Pain is temporary, glory is forever
In times of severe exhaustion and pain, when
your body is telling you to quit, your mind often gets filled with negative
self-talk. This negative self-talk then overwhelms you and you stop.This is a
crucial moment that you need to handle. Don’t let this happen. Visualize
success to help push yourself through. Imagine how you will feel after you have
finished the task.
Challenge yourself to take one more step
Every time you feel you are at your limit, go
one step more, When you feel like you hit the wall, push against it as hard as
you can until you go a bit further.
Remember that there are people who can achieve
greater things because they are bolder enough to aim for higher goals. They
were not born extraordinarily, but they grow extraordinarily because of their
extraordinary goals that are shaping their attitudes, habits, practices, and
entire life. They become stronger because they have stronger goals. They
forward further because they have further objectives.
For me, I don’t care if I become too
ambitious to set the highest dreams. I’m not afraid if it’s too far or too
difficult for me to reach. What is important is that I am moving now… and I can
move farther than anyone else.
