Love is one of the most profound emotions we experience as

 

humans. It’s bigger than us, meaning, though we can invite it

 
into our lives.
 
Love is a passionate commitment that we constantly work to
 
develop and nurture.
 
Passion and purpose-in short, doing what you love can be 
 
difficult to find and most jobs are absolutely not even lovable

 in the first place. But to say that plenty of jobs deserve no

 affection and any they get is something magical emanating

 from within the person by no act of the company.


How do you know if you’re in  love with your job?

 


- You talk about what you do.
 
- Everything reminds you with your job.
 
- You care about what your company cares about.

- You're working harder to get along with all the teams.

- You enjoy your time and You're excited about what you're doing.
 
- You don't think about surviving, You think about winning.


Are any of these hitting a little too close to home? Face it,
 
friend: you're in love!

    I love the way you relate being in love to work and love what you are doing.

    I have discovered that when people drop the notion of winning and embrace the notion of spirit and co-operation the thinking in work environments shifts.
