attitude. Take care regarding dietary habits,
exercises, hobbies, correct way of breathing,
relaxation techniques & other life styles.
8. Develop positive self-talk.
9.Seek
feedback from others regarding your attitude.
10. Develop congruency in your attitude, thoughts,
behavior, expression (speech) & action.
11. Have patience; attitude take time to change.
