It is not your aptitude, but your attitude which decides your altitude.

4.Develop friendship & acquaintance with people who have positive attitude.



5.Set your values, priorities right & be clear about them.



6.  Delay your response triggered off by negative emotions like anger, jealousy, greed,

  helplessness, ego & fear.



7.  Your physical state greatly affects your attitude. Take care regarding dietary habits,

  exercises, hobbies, correct way of breathing, relaxation techniques & other life styles.



8.  Develop positive self-talk.



9.Seek feedback from others regarding your attitude.



10.  Develop congruency in your attitude, thoughts, behavior, expression (speech) & action.



11.  Have patience; attitude take time to change.
